Issue
Can you disable the SOAP services in FIM 3.0 / 3.1?
SOAP web services do not need to be exposed if artifacts are not being used.
Resolution
If you are using only browser post and not using SOAP bindings or Artifact Bindings you may disable the SOAP services without any other consequences. This can be done by editing the deployment descriptor for the EAR file in the application.xml files. You need to redeploy for the changes to take effect.
