Administrator cannot access the database administration hostmode intermittently. Restarting the RSA ACE/Server resolves the issue temporarily.
Issue
Error: "Authorisation Failure 0 access denied" using Quick Admin.
Error: " Try again -748" appears when remote administration is launched.
