Issue
Microsoft Exchange rejects all digital signatures
Resolution
Microsoft Exchange Server requires that Exchange Service Pack 1 (or better)  be installed prior to being able to relay signed messages with S/MIME.  There is a setting in exchange that specifies whether  "clients can handle S/MIME".  Ensure that this setting is enabled.   Refer to the Microsoft documentation or readme files if there are further difficulties with Exchange Server configuration.
