The web page referred to in the device configuration guide is in the online web help on the enVision device. This can be found by expanding out the table of contents to the following Overview Module>System Configuration>Services>Universal Device Collection>NIC File Reader Service>NIC SFTP Shell Script File Transfer or directly with the following location (where the IP address and port number may need to be adjusted http://127.0.0.1:8080/help/Content/services/file_reader_service/nic_sftp_shell_script_file_transfer.htm
In addition, on some earlier systems (such as enVision 3.3.7) the location to download the SFTP agent will have an old download location of http://www.network-intelligence.com, since the merge between RSA and Network Intelligence this web location has been updated on later version of enVision to the newer location, for download of the FSFTP agent you should follow these notes:
To install the NIC SFTP Agent:
- Download the NIC SFTP Agent from the Support web site to a temporary directory.

- Access the web site: http://www.rsa.com/node.aspx?id=3170 .
- Click Login to access Customer Care. Log in to the Customer Care section of the web site.
- In the left hand menu click Downloads > All downloads > RSA enVision
- In the main window select Secure FTP Agent
- For the selected enVision release click the View Release link
- Click the get file link for the UNIX download
At this point you can now continue with the existing online help documentation on step 2 for the section NIC SFTP Shell Script File Transfer
