Windows events are being collected however report shows empty record

You have seen in the event viewer that windows message have being collected and thus populated to the database. However, when you go to create and display the windows account / windows level / windows summary table, it shows empty
Cause
Resolution
Login to envision through remote desktop
Open windows service
Stop the following service
1. Nic Windows service
2. Nic Webserver
3. Nic Alerter
Start the service in the following order
1. Nic webserver
2. Nic Windows service
3. Nic Alerter
