8You have a problem with the RSA enVision storage device, you wish to know how to contact support
Resolution
Support for the enVision storage, NAS 3500, 7000 and DAS 2000 is done through the EMC support center. Please kindly quote your storage device serial number and contact the local EMC support. For US, the number is +1 800 782 4362. When asked to transfer to an extension, enter 70422
When asked for the products you are working on, advise the following EMC products:
RSA NAS 3500 / 7000 - EMC Celerra
RSA DAS 2000 - EMC Clariion
