Issue
Unable to view any encrypted documents

Old encrypted files cannot be accessed but new ones can


Cause
When data was moved from 32 bit to 64 bit, the data was encrypted. When FSM 2.2.1 64 bit adapter software installed and configured, it re-encrypted the data
Resolution
With the data being double encrypted, move data to a temporary drive. Here is will be back to original encrypted state. Now with a user under policy not to decrypt, copy data back to original location.

This would be similar to restoring encrypted data from a backup tape.
