After selecting RSA Reports from the Reports drop-down menu in Netview, and then selecting the Question Summary report from this list of available reports, you will be taken to the report's paramater selection screen. Click on the arrow next to Basic in order to open up an addtional panel of parameter selection options. Find the Status(es) selection box and multi-select the statuses of "Passed" and "Failed" only. You can do this by first selecting one of these two statuses and then while holding down the CTRL key, selecting the other. You can now select any remaining parameters you'd like to filter this report based on such as Account, Date Range, Mode, etc. and then click Run.
The results should now have flitered out questions associated with abandoned transactions so that you can focus more closely on the results of questions that have been answered by individuals. This will help to provide a much clearer picture as to how each one of these question types is truely performing from a pass/fail perspective when an individual attempts to answer them.
