Qualys Qualysguard

Cause
12029 is an http message indicating Internet Explorer cannot check a revocation list (possibly due to a port being blocked or some other configuration)

Resolution
Log into the LC as NIC_SYSTEM, change that IE setting as so:

In Internet Explorer go to Tools>Internet Options>Advanced and uncheck the "Check for server certificate revocation" option. This will suppress revocation checking, as a workaround.
