Error 'Bad Gateway' when accessing the appliance URLs

Issue
Bad Gateway - The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
Cause
Invalid httpd.conf configuration
Resolution
This issue can be caused by an invalid httpd.conf configuration. Please contact RSA Customer Support and mention KMA-1184.
It can also be caused by disk usage being full. Verify if the disks are not 100% by running "df -h" as root. If full, contact RSA Support to get help on cleaning up the disks.
