How to reset DRAC service via command line from the envision server.

Issue
Resolution
At times you may experience issues with DRAC connectivity been unresponsive.
You can reset the DRAC service as follows to regain connection.
RDP to the appliance in question and open a command prompt
Type c:\>racadm racreset soft or c:\> racadm racreset
A reset will take place. The connectivity may take a few minutes but will resolve the issue.
