Question on Installing agent patches: When do I need to copy patch to the <Drive Letter>:\RSA\patches\agent folder (located on the EM)
Do I need to generate a new Endpoint Agent Enforce agent msi, after Service Pack and Hot Fix installed on existing system?
Resolution
Answer: Yes for future Endpoint Enforce Agent Deployments, it is best to generate a new agent.msi package
