Issue
RSA AM 7.1 to 8.1 Migration - RSA AM 7.1 Migration Export Utility fails at the install due to RADIUS
error:
"The following primary RADIUS servers are unavailable:"
error:

"Repair the RADIUS servers, and run the utility again."

Cause
Incorrect radius server information
Resolution
1. Delete the RADIUS Server - Operations Console > Deployment Configuration > RADIUS > Manage Existing > Delete.

2. Rebalance the Contact List - Security Console > Access > Authentication Agent > Authentication Manager Contact List > Automatic Rebalance > Rebalance.

3. Run the RSA AM 7.1 Migration Export Utility installation again.
