Prerequisites before running the notes scan

1. Path env variable should contain the path to notes dll

2. The notes installation dir should have the datasrcnotes.dll

-Username should be in format: username.id

-Username issues workaround: specify id file full path in username field (eg.  

   C:\.....\notes\data\nabsecops.id) instead of username and corresponding user password in password field.

-Avoid backslashes in path

-Gridworkers must be 32 bit otherwise you may see ?invalid ini? error
