Error: "Event ID 100 RSAAM_DB_INSTANCE: An unknown error occurred while getting the database status" appears in application log.
Cause
Resolution
It is recommended to exclude the RSA Security directory in McAfee management console or disable antivirus McAfee MOVE installed on Authentication Manager.
