Root certificate:
1024 key with the following certificate attributes:
Basic Constraints, Key Usage (Digital Signature, Non-Repudiation, Key Cert Sign), & Subject Key Identifier
Proxy Server SSL certificate:
1024 key with the following certificate attributes:
Basic Constraints (Defaulted to EE) and Authority Key Identifier
Webserver SSL certificate:
1024 key with the following certificate attributes:
Basic Constraints (Defaulted to EE) and Authority Key Identifier
