How do I configure SSL Server certificates to be used with a Netscape Proxy Server?
Resolution
The following certificate configuration has been used to successfully use KCA to generate server certificate to use with Netscape Proxy Server:

Root certificate:
1024 key with the following certificate attributes:
Basic Constraints, Key Usage (Digital Signature, Non-Repudiation, Key Cert Sign), & Subject Key Identifier

Proxy Server SSL certificate:
1024 key with the following certificate attributes:
Basic Constraints (Defaulted to EE) and Authority Key Identifier

Webserver SSL certificate:
1024 key with the following certificate attributes:
Basic Constraints (Defaulted to EE) and Authority Key Identifier
