investigation results never load

Issue
Meta results in investigation view will not load and stay at 0%.    In the logs it appeared that the web socket call was not making a connnection. 

 
Resolution
The issue was with the internet proxy setting, once disabled all is working well.
Workaround
For Chrome, go to settings ->show advanced settings -> network (change proxy settings) ->connections ->Lan Settings

Check to see if a proxy is set up.  If a proxy is listed, disable it here.
