Issue
Unable to start Apache after installing Agent 5.0 SP4 for Apache 2.4 on Windows 2012 R2.
Some Apache binaries do not include mod_access_compat, which is required by Access Manager Agent.
Resolution
To fix this issue, follow these steps.
1. Create a backup copy of ct-httpd.conf
2. Open ct-httpd.conf with a text editor
3. In ct-httpd.conf, uncomment mod_access_compat
4. Save ct-httpd.conf
5. Start Apache 2.4 service
