ROM update not performed

1. Check to make sure that the model of the hardware appliance is correct.
   1. SSH into Authentication Manager using your rsaadmin credentials.
   2. Run the following command:

dmidecode | fgrep -i product

Product Name: PowerEdge R210

2. After confirming that the model is correct for the firmware that we are trying to install, boot into the upgrade media and follow these steps. 
   1. Exit the auto update. 
   2. The update file should be under the C:\ directory.

3. Execute the update *.exe file with the /forcetype flag to bypass the pre-installation platform check.   In this case, the file is named C011200. So, the command should be.

C011200 /forcetype

4. Follow the prompts on the screen till the firmware update is completed successfully.
