Licence Downgrade Request
I am currently running Authentication Manager 8.4 (VM) with 425 licenced
users. I would like to reduce this number to 200 but have been told I need
apply for a downgrade request before I can purchase new licencing (by a UK
based 3rd party re-seller).
I have been unable to find any documentation on who to request this from or
how this process works apart from how to apply the new licence once once it is
purchased.
I have made multiple attempts to call the UK support number and multiple
attempts to raise a case with no response.
Any help would be most appreciated.
