Attribute Value updation in User Attributes
Hello,
Issue- Our HRMS is a CSV, but it does not have the attribute email in it, now
the thing is once user identity is created in RSA, it'll trigger a workflow
which will then create an account and generate the email address from AD, so
when we run the account collector we want the user identity attribute email to
be populated, but it is not updating the email attribute from AD for user
identity. Is there a way to do this?
We did the account attributes configurations in the AD account collector and
mapped the mail attribute(coming from AD) to Email attribute but even after
this it is not updating the user's identity email attribute but its updating
the user AD account's email attribute.
