Is it possible to customise request name for change requests raised through webservices in RSA 7.2.0
We have some change requests like password reset, password sync etc. whenever
user changes the password a request will be raised in aveksa through
webservices. But all type of requests the request name is value or number. We
want to customise that value like : request
number_userid_requesttype(passwordsunc or password reset). is it possible? If
yes what is the process?
