IGL 7.2 - REST collector not deleting accounts
We have introduced a WS REST collector to collect account/entitlement data
from a WS reporting API exposed by an external application, however we are not
seeing accounts marked as deleted when they have been removed (or made
inactive) on the endpoint application. And I can verify that by invoking the
same reporting API via a browser - accounts still in the application and raw
data for the collector are no longer in the report output.
Is there some setting that we have missed or what? All/any suggestions welcome
