Multiple Change requests being created for a single user
Hi,

When a rule is run, there are multiple Change requests (same OID) created for
the same user. PFB the screenshot, in pending it is showing 1 but in all tab
it is showing more than 1000 same requests.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated. Thankyou.

    What version/patch of the product are you running on?

    Also, how do you know that there are multiple change requests created for the
    same user? Do you see multiple change requests with the same name under
    Requests > Requests?

    If you are only seeing the requests with same name under user > requests tab,
    then it is most likely just a display issue. This normally occurs when shared
    account is part of the change request. This is a known issue and should have
    been resolved in following version/patches.
