Requires Full Refresh option in Account or Entitlement collector
Dear,

What is the significance of the Requires Full Refresh option in the collector?
can we schedule the collector or enforce the collector to refresh periodically
or in some specific period. If yes how we can set this?

  • A new collector always runs in full refresh the first time.

For existing collectors certain edits to the collector such as those that
affect relationships to accounts will force a full refresh.

There is no feature to enable full refresh of the collector manually and there
is no intention to allow such a feature.

For certain migration or legacy database cleanup issues RSA Customer Support
many manually force a full refresh but this generally should not be required
and is not recommended in normal operation.

There may be specific customer use cases outside of what I listed where a full
refresh may be used but I cannot recommend it without an understanding of what
is failing. In current versions there should be other solutions that can be
    used in place of this.
If you think you may have a requirement that is not covered by the current
product design you should open a support case and request assistance for your
    specific version.
