ermias22 (Customer) asked a question.

We have two seperate tenants of RSA at the company they both operate seperately except they have trust realm enabled now I am trying to merge them into single tenant.
What are the process or document I need to follow to do these?

thank you, Ermias

    It depends.

I think you are asking a question about Identity Sources, a 'who is where' kind of a question and how does Cloud or On-Prem AM find the user.

The concept of trusted realm is only understood in the context of 2 or more on-Prem AM realms, as a way to grant users in one realm's Identity Source access to resources/Agents in another realm.

A CAS tenant is a way to get Cloud authentication to users in an Identity Source.

Hybrid is the mix of on-Prem and CAS.

What happens when trusted realm is mixed in might need some exploration, so working with Professional Services could be necessary to translate what you want/expect into technical reality.

You could start with a Support Case just to ask if two tenants can be combined into 1 tenant by RSA SaaSOps, if that is something you think you want.
