What are all the registered browsers under the Registered Authenticators and Browsers section in the users account for? Are they dates that the user registered or re-registered a device? Are they times when a user used the app to authenticate to a website

When a user authenticates against the Cloud Authentication Service, they can be asked to remember the web browser they are using (if they are using a web browser for the access attempt). There is a conditional attribute called "Known Browser" that can be configured in access policies in the Cloud Authentication Service. Conditional Attributes within an access policy are used to determine whether to allow access, challenge for MFA for access, or deny access, to an application based on different conditions, such as if the user is accessing the application from a browser that they had the Cloud Authentication Service remember previously.
