what kind of connector is CSPEX-TSUAT?
Was this connector created on v8? or it was exported on an older version and now you are trying to import it to v8 P1?
What GUI is not coming up? Is it the entire GL GUI?

This connector was created in our older version. Like this we have many DB connectors created in older environment. After the data migration from older version the new version (from 7.5.2 P03 to 8.0 P01) , we found the connectors status were in "Migration Required" state. I know its obvious. So we tried to import the standard connectors template again and after the restart of ACM, ACM is running but the entire GL GUI is not loading. One thing I would like to tell you is , in our old environment we have 47 standard connectors template, whereas in our new environment, we could see only 20 standard connectors ( I mean for 8.0 P01, we have only 20 standard connectors). Not sure are we missing anything in new standard connectors template which is being dependable for the old standard templates

With regards to the error, I would check first that the template archive is not corrupted
And the error I put it here is just a sample, we are seeing the same error for all the local DB connectors
I see you have a case open for these issues.
By a brief inspection I can see you have multiple issues after the upgrade that are not related to each other. The AFX errors are not related to the Governance & Lifecycle GUI not coming up. You need to resolve those first and then move onto the AFX issues.
From the logs I noted that AFX is not currently working but earlier in your upgrade process AFX was running, AFX was upgraded, and the connectors (at least some of them) were migrated successfully.
I am not sure what the current issue is with the GUI; I will let the engineer assigned to the case assist you.
Be aware that AFX version in 8.0.0 is quite different and initial the migration and deployment of the AFX connectors may take a considerable length of time (47 connectors might take an hour or so to migrate?) Patience is key for the first restart after the upgrade.
