Base licensing of Authentication Manager allows you a primary and one replica (one setup in production and one in development). Upgrading to an enterprise license will give you the same but with up to 15 replicas. Please contact your RSA sales rep for more information.
Yes you can. ON the agent, you can choose which server can answer any authentication request. It's on the agent menu in the security console agent-> contact list. You can select which server is authorized to validate any auth request.
