If I have SecurID Soft token on my Iphone (or any phone) and get a new phone, will the app and credentials come over to the new phone as part of the normal profile transfer you do when you get a new phone?

No. For security reasons, credentials are not backed-up as part of the user or device profile, and therefore can't be restored.
