Hi
How to generate Logon Credentials for new APP: RSA Authenticator. Currently the logon credentials are generated for old App: RSA Authenticate APP and the App cannot be downloaded from App Store any more so the migration is also not possible.

    if you're an administrator of your RSA Cloud Service tenant, you can configure which authenticators are available in RSA My page for registration.

     

    • log to the RSA Cloud Service Admin Console
    • Navigate to : Access / My Page
    • scroll down to Configuration, to the category 'allow users to register selected authenticators on my page'
    • make sure 'RSA Authenticator' is selected (and RSA Authenticate App 'unselecting' if this is still a possible choice)
    • save your change
    • publish your change.

     

    That will make the RSA Authenticator app available for registration in My Page.
