main question is why?
Is it just to notify? or they need to perform some activity?
To just notify only. No activities needed.
in that case, scheduling a daily a report with the newly onboarded users might be a better approach rather than sending emails for every joiner.
Or create a dashboard for administrator where they can see the requested information.
if access is being granted as part of the onboarding process, you can add an email node in the request workflow to notify the relevant team.
