At my.rsa.com/contract I see <redacted 1> as active. How to open a case for this contract?

If you ever have an issue opening a case, you can contact our Customer Relations Desk (CRD) by phone. You will need to scroll down to see them.
The CRD can assist you with opening a support case with the correct entitlements.
As an aside, the RSA Community is a publicly accessible forum. We recommend against posting personally identifiable information here. This includes (bit is not limited to) contract/entitlement numbers, UCIDs, token serial numbers, user IDs, machine FQDNs and IP addresses and token serial numbers.
