    Your colleagues can follow along with the steps documented in the article on registering for an RSA Community account. One of the steps states "If you are registering as a customer or partner, choose how you wish to validate your status by selecting the preferred option in the Type field and then provide the respective value in the neighboring field." Have your prospective users select Serial Number. They will then need to provide the Authentication Manager serial number that you see in the Security Console. Here are steps to obtain the Authentication Manager serial number.

    Pretty sure it's they sign up on the login page as themselves & will need the S/N
