Hard to tell if you have a problem with login or the actual product download page.

Anyway you need to make a support case (as of aug-24):

• For problems related to login (sso in the url):
  • Support -> Create Case -> Administrative -> MyRSA - Login issue
• For problems related to download page:
  • Support -> Create Case -> Administrative -> Version upgrade, Software or Patch download issues
