RSA supplied DB cannot be auto started after Oracle patch applied
We are using RSA supplied DB on a remote server (Oracle db 19c). However, an oracle patch 3619556 was applied on this server by mistake. After patch was applied, we got this error: Oracle Clusterware Release patch level ('4098567974') does not match Software patch level ('71050967'). Oracle Clusterware cannot be started
Now we roll back this oracle patch, the auto start up after OS reboot cannot bring the DB instance up running.
Does anyone have similar experience?
This patch was applied on both /u01/app/oracle/product/19.0.0/db_1 and /u01/app/19.0.0/grid
