I'm new and perhaps I'm missing something but this article states it has links to downloads contained in an attached document - I don't see any document attached and there are no links on this page at the bottom where the upgrade versions are though they are formatted to look like links. I've tried both Firefox and Chrome to be sure it isn't a browser thing.
