The identity router is not able to connect to Cloud Authentication Service, Adapter Update Service or Software Update Service using the region based domain name. Please check the 'Status' section.

I get this message after IDR update. Adapter update stays warning for about 10 to 15 minutes after the status of the IDR goes back to active, before it clears. Software Update service is green the whole time. Does anyone else have this issue? Is this an expected behaviour? I only started seeing this message on the last 2 IDR updates.

    I am having the same issue.

    Just updated the IDR to 12.24.0.0.18

     

    Now I have this red mark on this service. It doesn't look like its impacting RADIUS authentication however.
