Unable to run the agent_nsload.exe on a Windows 2019 server to import node secret
This is a new install of Server 2019. Have tried to run it from desktop, c:\windows\sysWOW, c:\windows\system32 etc but it immediately returns pop up error; "The code execution cannot proceed because sdmsg.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem"
This new server is replacing an old 2012 server which had the same hostname, IP details etc so is a direct replacement on a new OS. We have done this with other servers recently which have had no problem. Is there a fix or workaround for this?
Seems it had to be run from C:\Program Files\Common Files\RSA Shared\Auth API.
Once copied into that directory we were able to run the exe without further issue.
