If you are running Authentication Manager 8.7 patch 4, we would recommend that you upgrade as follows:
Authentication Manger 8.7 SP1 > Authentication Manager 8.7 SP2 > Authentication Manager 8.7 SP2 patch 5
Be sure to review the readme files. Appendix A of the RSA Authentication Manger Setup and Configuration Guide for each version steps through the upgrade process. For more detail, please review the article entitled RSA Authentication Manager Upgrade Process. If you have web tiers you will need to uninstall them then reinstall.
