@StedinNMC (Customer) ,
Thank you for your question about your tokens. Please be sure not to include Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in your posts. This includes specific file names, server names, product serial numbers, token serial numbers, etc. We've redacted the PII that you posted above.
Have you run the Token Record Decryption Utility on that file (see attached)? Once done you would then import your new authenticators one of two ways, depending on if you are using an on prem version of Authentication Manager or the cloud.
To import hardware or software tokens to Authentication Manager, follow the steps on how to import a token record file.
To import hardware to the Cloud Authentication Service,
With either process, your authenticators are now ready to be assigned.
Hi,
Problem we have is that we have already downloaded the token records but we have only got the xml-file but not an Zip-file for the encryption.

@StedinNMC (Customer) ,
If you believe you are missing files, please contact support and we can open a case to investigate what you received and how to get your tokens imported.
Hi, You just go into the security console platform and select the file xml-file and click on it to continue.
Hi Jeison,
I got an error after importing de XML file into the security console.

@StedinNMC (Customer),
Did you contact technical support to determine what files you received and how to properly import your tokens? If not, please do so. They are here to help!
I'm guessing you downloaded the xml from dlc.rsasecurity.com? That is the decrypt only file. From what i've read online the person who purchased the tokens is the one who needs to get you the token seed record. The seed record is what you are missing for the import. Importing the decrypt file will just error. I know because this is what I did. I spent a week figuring it out.
