I have a user with and iPhone with iOS version 18.4 and the old RSA Authenticate App version 3.9.1. The app was just displaying all zeros. I had her download and register the new Authenticator 4.5.4 app and she is fine now. Just wanted to know if this is a one off issue or maybe a known bug with the new iOS and the old app which is not officially supposed to stop functioning until this October.

  • There is no known bug associated with this behavior, it may have been a one-time issue related to the user's mobile device.

Additionally, please note that the RSA Authenticate app reached its End of Primary Support (EOPS) on March 31, 2024. While the app will continue to function and existing users can still authenticate, it is no longer supported. It will not be qualified for future versions of iOS or Android and is no longer available for download from the respective app stores.

We strongly recommend migrating to the RSA Authenticator app for continued support and compatibility.
