"The request could not be handled" errors viewing Users on the general menu or Reviewers in a review detail. Not happening for all users but for some. This has started after applying 8.0.0 P09 patch.

    I think raising a case would be best for this issue. However I'm curious, do you have some screenshots of where it's occuring?

    Hi, already created a case and waiting for resolution.

    This is happening when clicking on the "Users" menu option or within an Review result, clicking on the "Reviewers" tab.

      I'm hopefully upgrading to P09 soon, so will see if it also happens for my instance.

  • Is the URL mentioned in your post was sent via an email generated by G&L? or the user just browsed there?

    Is the environment a clustered one?

      The user browsed using UI, Is not a cluster. local db single server , soft bundle
