RSA Authentication Manager Version: 8.7 SP1

I have a user that has an orphaned account. The user had two accounts abc1 and abc2, abc1 was deleted, when I search for abc2 within the security console I can see it but when I click on it the browser fails to get the relevant data for the account (blank).

I have tried to clear it by checking unresolvable user (not found)

Clearing the cache (did not work)

amending the search string to exclude user abc123 > then checking unresolvable user (did not work)

What would you suggest to assist with clearing this error.
