ADCs and ECDs using Windows Agent Stuck Whereas IDC Using Same Agent Are Fine

We are on IGL 8.0 P08

 

We have several ADCs and EDCs that use our Windows Agent which started to fail to complete this morning. When the "Test" button is clicked, it never returns from the test and only "spins" indefinitely.

 

Clicking the "Test Connection" button within the ADCs and IDCs does absolutely nothing, no spinning at all. It just does not respond.

 

When editing the ADCs or EDCs, it also starts to spin after clicking the "Next" button on the "Account Data" page of the ADCs and the "Resource Data" page of the EDC.

 

There are no errors in Admin Errors and we cannot find anything in any log files to indicate what the problem is.

 

The other curious thing is one of our IDCs uses the same Agent and accesses the same .csv file as one of the problematic ADCs, but the IDC runs and tests fine. It only seems to be an issue with the ADCs and EDCs that use the Windows Agent.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Worked with RSA support and reinstalled the Agent. Everything works now. Not sure what the actual root cause is.
