    If you are not listed on the purchase order, you will not see the token download on my.rsa.com. Please have the contact on the PO login and download the files. If you are still having an issue, the Customer Asset Management (CAM) team can assist you.

     

    Please open a support case using the category of Technical Support and product set of CAM. When opening the case, be sure to include the token batch ID for reference.

    Thanks Erica, I have reached out to the company who acted as the re seller to confirm I am listed as a contact (I should be) I also opened a support ticket to see what they show on their end.
