Collections have been running without timing out for days. When testing a collection, we get the error "No response could be found for log file request. There should either be a response or a timeout error. "

    I suggest you reach out to support and provide them with all the needed information.

    ASR, logs and etc.

     

    To detect these kinds of situations, you can configure a custom event.

    Under Admin -> Email -> Custom Event, create a notification which will be sent when a collector is exceeding a configured duration.
