• I've tested on my env (v8 p9) and it's working as expected.

     

    Assigned the User: View All permission.

    Able to see all the users when I log in.

    Is the new permission visible under user's access tab?

    Did you log out and logged back in after the permission was assigned?

    Can you try the assigning this permission to another user and test?

    Is this working as expected in a lower environment (non prod)?

      Thank you for the response. Access is visible in the access tab of the user. He tried by log out and log in also.

      • does this user has any other Aveksa permissions?

         

        try removing all permission. Logging in. logging out.

        adding permission. and checking
