Authentication Manager showing as out of synchronization is a known issue while upgrading your servers. Luckily the resolution is just a matter of resetting a database flag that then allows the Sync link to show again in the Operations Console. If your Operations Console is showing a replication error, like Out of Sync or Offline, please follow the steps to manually sync a replica in an RSA Authentication Manager 8.x deployment with one or more replicas.
The UPDATE command is only run on the primary server and will not impact authentication.
