    Hi Ibrahim,

    I was going to ask a support group about this but my phone was able to get there & engaged with the DL is where I expected it was our corporate proxy antics.

    I've got Case 02777119 that I requested they close but maybe I was actually onto something & will update here as support updates are received.

    I don't think it is a proxy block; I tried the same on my home pc but not reaching out there. All previous downloads were smoothly downloaded, so hope they figure out the reason and fix it. Thanks for your answer.

      My phone wants to pull it as this massive 4GB file but corp laptop w/ proxy avoidance seemed to pull the more usual 2.6GB just fine.

      Hash validates & it unzipped fine.

       

      Is your results some connection error to https://edelivery.rsasecurity.com/ & do the other previous downloads work for you?

    Turned off corporate proxy & download also engages from corporate laptop so this is either on our proxy end or RSA's end with doing some selective blocking of our gov implementation of a certain proxy product.

    I just downloaded AM 8.9 Patch 2 no issues. I did a hash check on the download and it matched.

    If you were still affected by this issue it seems RSA Support had a good fixitfriday!

    I was able to engage the DL over both proxy machines here this morning.

      Hi John,

       

      RSA team sent me the files directly, but it was also something that they have changed at their end where we need to do some changes on how this is handled at the edge firewall. Thanks for your support.

      oooh no

      I may still somehow be a wild untamed stallion even after 20yrs in this combat zone equivelant shop, but being overly eagar to attain bleeding edge still isn't where I land.

      I advised my cohort to go a week out as there's nothing critical that stands out in this but I fully expect it to be a status quo uneventful RSA patch.

       

      As always snapshots excel but it seems they did bring back the remove patch option for those still running on the edge of their seats or physicals.

      Thankfully we dumped our physicals after I found out the MSP wasn't paying the support bill & they were nearing EOL anyways.
